Marketing had been going from strenght to strenght lately so it’s no suprised that the mighty Social Club in Paris asked Tim to bring the Marketing boys at the club on September 1st. Alongside Tim will perform long-time partner in crime Ivan Smagghe, newcomer Darabi – that will release his debut EP on Marketing in October – and Darabi’s remixer of choice Jimmy Edgar.

The Marketing Music podcast tries to reflect the broad range of influences that inspires the releases of the label by offering djs the opportunity to express themselves in dj mixes that goes beyond dance or club music. It’s an opportunity to ear some of your favorite club dj going in unexpected directions or to listen artists with no djing skills but with a killer selection.

The two first available selections are no stranger to those who follow the label for some time since it’s two podcasts that have already been put online here : the It’s A Fine Line Kill The Dj podcast originally released in January 2008 and Tim Paris’ Marketing Mixtape that have been upped in December 2009. So for those, do not worry, we are working on future episodes.
